Mr. Rossi is Chairman and majority owner of Aireko Companies and Chairman of Aireko Foundation. In Aireko Josen has led fast-track CM/GC and Design-Build Construction of innovative institutional and industrial work that contributed to the modernization of Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Florida and the MID Atlantic U.S. for their sustainable industrial and economic development. As Aireko Companies Managing Partner Josen oversees international growth, the allocation of capital to new markets and products, and the growth of third generation partners and managers. Mr. Rossi has led various Puerto Rico business and non-profit boards, leading the creation of some, such as the Puerto Rico Institute for Competitive and Sustainable Economy (PR-ICSE). As Aireko Foundation President Josen directs its yearly philanthropic investments in Puerto Rico and U.S. education for the needy, including the arts and sciences of entrepreneurship and sustainable development. As Chairman of the PR-ICSE he oversees growth in funding, education and alliance building with Puerto Rico businesses and U.S. NGO leaders for the capacity building of democratic institutions fundamental to sustainable socio-economic reform and development, such as key public infrastructure governance and regulation.
Luis Uzcategui

Mr. Uzcategui has ample experience planning and building commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and wastewater treatment plant projects. Luis is particularly skilled in civil construction management, including value engineering, scheduling and GMP development. Many years of experience of work as senior project manager have gained Luis the experience and the knowledge to lead AIREKO’s hi-rise construction processes and to direct the preconstruction feasibility and constructability of the most challenging jobs.
Waldemar E. (“Tito”) Toro, P.E.
Partner & Group President, Industrial and Electrical Construction

Eng. Toro directs all industrial and energy related business. He began his career with Aireko as a project engineer supervising industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In 1998, he was promoted to direct the electrical construction and instrumentation of the Liquid Natural Gas terminal and storage facilities for the Ecoeléctrica 500 MW Power plant. Waldemar oversee’s Aireko’s Industrial Construction as well as the Energy Group, and also responsible for Aireko’s Environmental Health and Occupational Safety Department.
Waldemar E. (“Wally”) Toro

Mr. Toro has over 20 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical disciplines, as well as the construction management fields, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in both the public and private sector, including industrial, institutional, commercial and residential projects. As General Manager of Aireko Services and Installations (ASI) he is committed to helping clients maximize operating results to excel in the overall achievement of their development objectives, as a one single source for HVAC and electrical upgrades and shutdowns, tenant improvements, and general construction maintenance services. He is a member of the IEEE and PMI.
Hector Rivera
Vice President, US & Caribbean Energy Group

Mr. Rivera was appointed Vice President of the Energy Group after an extensive career with Aireko Construction Corp. where he successfully completed electrical construction projects for many industry sectors that include Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial, High Technology, Hospitality, and Healthcare. He supervises all energy related projects in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the East Coast of the United States.
Rodolfo Puig, P.E.

With more than 20 years of experience in Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Residential construction projects, Rodolfo has been appointed the General Manager of Aireko Construction Florida.
Fidel Robles Freytes
Environmental Health and Occupational Safety Manager
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of PR
Mr. Robles’s work experience encompasses commercial, institutional and industrial construction project administration. Since joining Aireko in 2013, Fidel has worked on industrial and energy/utility construction projects. In 2016 Fidel was promoted to Environmental and Occupational Safety Manager responsible for the construction group EHS program, including the design and implementation of Aireko’s award winning jobsite training, EHS Tracker and compliance audits.
Alejandro Nazario, P.E.
Director of Business Development

Eng. Nazario construction experience has been focused on fast track CM/GC Construction, healthcare, hospitality, high-tech, and laboratory projects. He also has experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and GMP development. Nazario also directed Aireko’s multi-disciplinary estimating department 2006-2009.
José Rubén Morales-Troche

Mr. Morales has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Vast experience in Estimating, Planning and Purchasing procedures for a variety types of projects including Commercial, Institutional, Residential, Pharmaceutical/Industrial projects in the private and public sectors. He also has experience with the different kinds of contract, including Pre-Construction, Design & Build, Guarantee Maximum Price, among others. As VP of Estimating and Purchasing, Mr. Morales leads the efforts to achieve and complete a bid in time, with the demanded precision and accuracy.

Mrs. Morales has 16 years total Purchasing, Procurement Management and Logistic experience in all types of Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Projects, she has also managed the purchasing and maintenance of the company fleet and heavy equipment. She has experience handling international procurement, US Custom clearance procedures and import logistics.
María Rojas
Human Resources Manager
MBA, University of Puerto Rico
María has vast experience in the administration, and compliance areas of compensation, labor legislation, training and incentive programs. She has directed the Human Resources Department in both the public and private sector in areas such as services, manufacturing, and construction. Mrs. Rojas is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (SHRM, for its Spanish acronym) and directs Aireko’s Workforce Development Programs including Aireko University.
